I am a practising artist and multi-disciplinary maker. My art practice and my education practice are deeply intertwined — each in constant conversation with the other, and I bring that lived creative experience into everything I do as an artist educator and facilitator.
I design and deliver creative learning programmes for museums, galleries, heritage sites, schools universities and communities. I specialise in artist research residencies and action-based research — developing and embedding educational offers for organisations. With over 20 years’ experience and a specialism in child-led learning inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I work with all ages — from early years to adults — to create meaningful, lasting experiences through art.
“I have been teaching for over 20 years and todays session was the best workshop facilitation I have ever experienced. Your patience, the language you used, and the way you embedded storytelling throughout kept the children completely enthralled. The clay sculpting session was facilitated brilliantly, and it links perfectly with our story-writing project this term. Thank you so much”
